one year anniversary

It has often been said that necessity is the mother of all invention....

Certainly this was the case in the creation of French Creek Medical.

As we round the corner of our one year anniversary, I want to send a big thank you to all of our customers, principles, consultants and to those family members and friends who have given so much to make this dream a reality.  When starting this company I found myself at a crossroads in my life. The bottom had �fallen out� of my last position.  I was up the (french) creek without a paddle.  It was then during one of those idle days that I took a long walk in the woods pondering what to do next. Out of this introspection a logo was born and brought to fruition by my brother Jim Wible an industrial designer in St. Louis, MO.   With a bit more thought we developed a trade name and an idea to fill a void that existed in the medical distribution world.
A year later I find myself back amongst the pines thinking about all the great people that I�ve have had the privilege of working with in the past 365 days....I think that�s what this company is about.  We all have a limited amount of time here.  You might as well spend it doing something you like to do surrounded by people who are supportive of your efforts. Moreover, if you can help people with the products you sell, well then, that�s a good thing too.  

So as we complete the calendar year, I�m �sending a shout out� through the French Creek Forest to all those who helped get this company off the ground.  Many thanks!
