September 2004- French Creek Medical attends Law School for Reps Seminar.

It was MANA that brought to town an excellent seminar detailing the legal implications of agreements brought about in the world of professional selling.  According to Wible, It used to be I would sign these contracts without ever having a lawyer review them.  I was young, penny wise and pound foolish and most of all, naive.  I have since learned my lessons.  This seminar re-affirmed my belief that every document that is to be signed in a business or employee setting should first be reviewed by a legal team and reviewed with close scrutiny - potential traps lie everywhere.  Anything less would, frankly, be not in your best interest and would be seen by your principal as less than professional.   For more on the law school for reps seminar click here.
